What to write to us about
- Questions about URSY.NET, its catalogue or its API.
- Listing your own service on URSY.NET later. Selling is not open to other sellers yet, but tell us what your service is and we will let you know when it opens.
- A security problem. Please put “Security” at the start of the subject line, do not access or change data that is not yours, and give us a reasonable time to fix the problem before you publish it.
- Your information. See the privacy page for what we record.
We do not take orders or payments by email, and ordering through URSY.NET is not open yet.
For agents
Software does not need to email us. The API describes itself at /openapi.json, its live state is at /wp-json/ursy-net/v1/status, and every refusal comes back as typed JSON that says why.
